Scotland’s Health Research and Innovation Conference offers the premier meeting point and knowledge exchange for researchers, scientists, innovators, healthcare staff, policymakers, industry, and the public to come together.

Under the theme of ‘Research Enabled Health Innovation’, the conference will spotlight everything from the development and adoption of next generation therapies and technologies to our progressive-minded healthcare workforce; celebrate Scotland’s research and innovation strengths; showcase powerful multi-sector collaboration; and present exciting advancements in how we collectively prevent, diagnose and treat diseases, ultimately improving health and well-being across Scotland and beyond through sharing of best practices and latest evidence.

• Engage with cutting-edge research and innovation. A multi-disciplinary programme, with a wide range of presentations and interactive workshops selected for their importance and impact, alongside plenaries from key opinion leaders
• Be inspired. Hear success stories from our leading researchers and innovators. Generate new ideas, processes, and pathways together with a focus on overcoming real world challenges and driving efficient change

• Present your own research. Oral and poster abstract submission supporting a dynamic, varied programme will be curated into themed areas offering stimulating presentations, discussion and shared learning, with our expert reviewers awarding prizes for the best oral presentation and poster

Abstract submission is now open and closes Friday 13 June, with abstract submission guidance available. Registration will open in August 2025
