Other ways to be involved with clinical research

Public and patient involvement is an essential component of the design and conduct of clinical research in the NHS.

Across the SCRN there are several local initiatives to involve the public and patients to seek their perspective on different aspects of research including

  • trial design
  • information provision
  • engagement in research
  • strategic decisions.

To find out what is happening in your local network contact the relevant SCRN Manager.
